Ezidoits PC Care provides a solution that will help with the performance and speed of your computer.
Without making any changes to your PC, Ezidoits assesses current performance and operation against standard levels for your PC's configuration - and then notifies you if the differences found are likely to cause problems. You and your preferred Repairer / Supplier are thus empowered to make necessary changes. PC Care allows you to monitor the "health" of your computer and it pops up messages which advise or warn you about items of concern. Is your CPU usage at a sustainable level or is damage likely to ensue ? Is memory utilisation at satisfactory levels to allow your installed programs to run or will you need additional memory ? Again, your preferred Repairer/Supplier would be able to assist you further.
PC care will schedule routine clean-up and remedial processes, such as disk de-fragmentation or disk checking and you can set the day of week and the time these processes occur. The PC will need to be running at those times, but "housekeeping" activities like this will ensure your PC remains in the most effective working order. You'll be able to access your saved records and files faster, because your PC's memory is more efficiently utilised.
Another routine task is "taking out the garbage" or disposing of temporary files and cookies which have accumulated automatically, whenever you visit websites on the Net. Your PC keeps a note of the site, so if you go there again, it can open the site more quickly. However, such details can, and do, build up leading to your PC's memory filling with "temporary" information you don't need to retain. PC Care routinely empties these file folders when files are older than a period set by you.

Laek Limited - Ezidoits trial version Software License Agreement (SLA).
This SLA is an agreement between the Licensor (Laek Limited) and the Licensee (the organisation and/or the individual agreeing to the SLA), who is being licensed to use Ezidoits trial version (the Software).
The Licensee acknowledges that this SLA is only a limited nonexclusive license. The Licensor is and remains the owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the Software.
The Licensee acknowledges that the Software is provided Free of Charge for evaluation purposes. The Licensee acknowledges the evaluation period will be for 3 calendar months only from date of download of the Software.
This SLA permits the Licensee to install and deploy the Software as required.
The Software is subject to a limited warranty. The Licensor warrants to the Licensee that the Software will perform according to its printed documentation, and to the best of the Licensor's knowledge the Licensee's use of the Software according to the printed documentation is not an infringement of any third party's intellectual property rights. This limited warranty lasts for a period of 30 days after download. To the extent permitted by law, THE ABOVE-STATED LIMITED WARRANTY REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No agent of the Licensor is authorised to make any other warranties or to modify this limited warranty.
In case of a breach of the Limited Warranty, the Licensee's exclusive remedy is as follows: the Licensee will return all copies of the Software to the Licensor, at the Licensee's cost, and will cease all use of the Software.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, THE LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE TO THE LICENSEE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING COMPENSATORY, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, CONNECTED WITH OR RESULTING FROM THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT OR THE LICENSEE'S USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
The Licensee agrees to defend and indemnify the Licensor and hold the Licensor harmless from all claims, losses, damages, complaints, or expenses connected with or resulting from the Licensee's business operations.
The Licensor has the right to terminate this SLA and the Licensee's right to use the Software upon any material breach by the Licensee.
This SLA is the entire and exclusive agreement between the Licensor and the Licensee regarding the Software. This SLA replaces and supersedes all prior negotiations, dealings, and agreements between the Licensor and the Licensee regarding the Software.
This SLA is valid without the Licensor's signature. It becomes effective upon the earlier of the Licensee's signature or the Licensee's download of the Software.
